Families in and around Las Vegas who want a small, residential setting for assisted living or memory care, and who are ready to plan ahead for it. The homes will be private pay and will accept long-term care insurance, but not Medicaid. If The Reserve isn't the right fit for your family, we'll be straightforward with you about that from the start.
The waitlist

Joining is free and there's no commitment. Waitlist families will hear from us as development moves forward, see floor plans and rooms as soon as they're ready, and be among the first invited to visit once a site is finalized and tours are possible. Before rooms are offered more broadly, you'll have the first chance to reserve, and as opening approaches, we'll reach out to you first.
Joining the waitlist isn't a deposit, a contractual commitment, or a guarantee of a room.
